I’m slowly, slowly re-learning the art of seeing. The wonders of digital photography have taken out of the process of image making the professional eyes of the lab. (Although, to be honest, mostly that was an inexperienced store assistant anyway). However, now that I no longer use my favourite Lab, who always made my prints look great, I’ve had to re-learn the art of seeing a photograph through a complete vision of the finished product. I saw this image on Saturday afternoon, and this was how I imagined it would look post-processing. Cool.
